Section 1 General

For the business relations of any kind between the company AMP Arts & Gift Crafts and its customers, the following general conditions in their respective valid version. Dissenting or general business conditions of the customers have no validity unless it is writing something else has been agreed.

Section 3 Maturity and Payment Terms

Section 5    Performance and Jurisdiction

The exclusive jurisdiction for lawsuits against the company AMP Arts & Gift Crafts is Cebu, Philippines. This does not apply to actions the company AMP Arts & Gift Crafts venom against the customer unless the customer is a businessman, legal person of public law or public law.

Section 6    Final Determination

Should any of these provisions - for whatever reason - does not apply, then the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
